Eating Out...a dining experience

Brewer's Alley stands out among the newer, faddish restaurants invading Frederick. It's located in downtown Frederick, rather than in outlying shopping areas. It is housed in a historic, three-story brick building that once served as City Hall, and before that, as a movie theater. It also has food that is worth waiting for.

At Brewer's Alley, a brew pub, the food is as important a part of the restaurant experience as the beer. The beer side of it is evident at the entrance, where large stainless steel vats of beer extend skyward. All the beer served at Brewer's Alley is brewed on the premises, under the guidance of Tom Flores.
